SyphexTCG (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our shop and checkout, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

1. What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

Name
Phone number
Address (including unit and postal code), if you choose delivery
Order details (items, quantities, payment method)

We may also store some of this information temporarily in your browser (e.g. name, phone, address) to pre-fill the checkout form for your convenience. You can clear this via your browser settings.

2. Why we use it

We use your data only to:

Process and fulfil your order
Arrange delivery or self-collection
Contact you about your order (e.g. payment, shipping)

We do not use your data for marketing unless you separately agree (e.g. opt-in to promotions).

3. Who we share it with

We may share your name, phone, and address only with:

Couriers or mailing providers, when you choose delivery
Others only as needed to fulfil your order or as required by law

4. How long we keep it

We retain order and contact details for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle enquiries, and meet legal or accounting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise the data.

5. Security

We use HTTPS and take reasonable steps to protect your data. Our systems and any third parties we use (e.g. hosting) are configured to keep your information secure.

6. Your rights (access & correction)

Under the PDPA, you may ask us to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct any errors in that data

7. Overseas transfer

Our site and data may be stored or processed on servers outside Singapore. Where we do so, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of our shop after updates means you accept the revised policy.
